I am working with headhunters and it doesn’t cost me a dime, why would I pay a firm like JobSearch Solutions to help me manage my job hunt?

You don’t offer any guarantees, why?

A.

There isn’t a firm or individual that can guarantee you will find a job, there are too many intangibles involved for anybody to make that claim. Like sales (and you are a sales person selling yourself when you are on the job market) it is a NUMBERS GAME.  If you follow our system and maintain the recommended volume, you will increase your contact activity.  By increasing your contact activity, you will also increase your odds for getting phone interviews, in-person interviews and offers.  One goal of the system is to teach you how to generate more activity than before you engaged our services.

My company already provided me with Outplacement services, what more can I learn? 

A.

If what you learned through Outplacement is working, that’s great and you may not need help.  However, if you are not satisfied with the results, there may still be more to learn.  Most outplacement firms are developed to support large volumes of displaced workers, they use programs that can move people through the process quickly.  The guidance they provide only covers the basics and often lacks the one-on-one personal interaction. Additionally, did you pay for those services??

I’ve never had to pay anybody to help me find a job, what is the advantages?
