vendors that provide a full menu of outplacement support and workshops designed to
transition large groups. This is not the
focus of JobSearchSOLUTIONS. The Outplacement
model certainly has it's place but it is geared towards
mass assistance and the programs are
costly, impersonal and provide only a surface level overview
of job search direction. They also tend to share a
corporate hierarchical belief that senior management and

require more personalized services and guidance than individual contributors.
